Modify your lifestyle for YOUR body, and perform at 100%
My name is Ross the Boss, and for the past few years I've been helping driven individuals just like you reach optimal performance and get the most out of life.
The biggest challenge with almost everyone I talk to is that they are living and working in a way that isn’t suited to them. And things are going wrong.
We are all created differently, with unique skills, strengths and weaknesses, and we need our own plan to truly become the best version of ourselves. The Boss Level Optimal Performance program uses the latest science to provide your unique body blueprint, then helps you implement your new lifestyle actions so you can look and feel fantastic, for life.
In our LIVE Masterclass you will learn about the different body types and where you fit in, and leave with the first keys to unlocking your true potential.
Step 1 = What is my body type?
Your dominant body type is one of the 6 shown below. During our LIVE MASTERCLASS we will help determine yours.
CRUSADER
They tend to have wider shoulders and longer limbs. While they can struggle to gain muscle, they can maintain a slender figure with minimal fat accumulation, except for a small amount of belly fat.
These individuals naturally possess higher levels of the hormone dopamine, driving them to set and accomplish goals. Their productivity and efficiency make them exceptional workers. Crusaders constantly seek knowledge and often become experts in their field. They are logical thinkers who thrive on data, facts, and science.
In terms of physical abilities, Crusaders excel in endurance cardio activities such as running, cycling, and swimming.
To optimize their performance, Crusaders should:
GUARDIAN
They are very strong, and store unlimited fat throughout their body. Their metabolism is the slowest, and they possess the largest digestive system.
Due to higher levels of the hormone Prolactin, Guardians deeply care for others. They are friendly, supportive, enjoy routines, dining with loved ones, spectating, and connecting with preferred individuals. Guardians handle physical stress better than most, and are very protective of friends and family.
In times of scarcity, Guardians historically stored nutrients for energy as fat in their bodies. However the conveniences of modern life make fat retention very common.
Optimal performance tips for Guardians:
ACTIVATOR
Their body quickly responds to exercise, resulting in well-defined muscles and a typical hourglass figure for females. They have shorter arms and legs and possess the fastest metabolism and smallest digestive system. Fat storage is minimal and evenly distributed throughout their body.
Driven by higher levels of hormones Adrenaline and Testosterone, Activators are highly competitive, reactive, and powerful athletes. They prioritize action over thinking, embrace risk and seek adventure, often leading to a chaotic lifestyle!
As short burst power athletes, Activators excel in Crossfit, boxing, and various sports.
To optimize their performance, Activators should:
DIPLOMAT
They have wider shoulders and powerful legs, and tend to store fat around the belly, glutes, and upper legs.
Due to higher levels of the hormone Serotonin, Diplomats enjoy pleasurable experiences, are dependable, and easy-going. They thrive on predictable routines, and make excellent mediators and managers. They have a strong memory and tend to engage in ruminating thoughts (sometimes leading to procrastination).
Diplomats have built-in resistance to harsh environments, with lower sensitivity to pain. They rarely complain about illness or minor issues. Their physical strength matches their mental endurance.
Optimal performance strategies for Diplomats:
CONNECTOR
Males tend to have a barrel chest, with females having a curvy figure. Connectors can easily gain muscle and fat, particularly if they lean towards the Endomorph side.
Due to naturally higher levels of the hormone Oxytocin, Connectors are friendly, kind, and affectionate. They effortlessly fit into any social setting and often become the life of the party. They excel as teammates, leaders, enjoy sharing ideas, and frequently think out loud. Although they can easily handle multiple tasks throughout the day, they are prone to distractions.
Connectors have a strong physical connection to their emotions, finding joy in touch, hugs, good food, and physical pleasures. To optimize their performance, Connectors should:
SENSOR
They have less muscle, fat and thinner bones than others. Weight gain is a struggle for them. They have narrow shoulders, a thin waist and thin limbs.
Sensors are organized, sensitive, determined, and creative. They excel at reading others, intellectual interactions, and incorporating complex concepts. Given the right conditions, they can accomplish significant mental work.
With naturally higher levels of the hormone Vasopressin, Sensors have a highly alert nervous system. They are often sensitive to sounds, stress, and external stimuli. They feel cold easily, and usually carry extra layers of clothing with them!
Optimal performance strategies for Sensors:
Step 2 = You are unique!
